Frequently Asked Questions on AZ & Federal Laws:

Arizona Food Safety Manager

Q: What if I was visited by the Health Inspector?

A: If you were told by an inspector that you or your staff need to complete training for non compliance of licensing certificates or violations, we will contact them and let them know you are enrolled in a class & test as soon as you have enrolled and paid. Please let us know if this is needed. We have a very good relationship with enforcement. Usually as long as you are enrolled and have proof of enrollment in an upcoming class you will be in compliance when the health inspector comes back. DO NOT MISS A CLASS THAT IS SCHEDULED FOR THIS REASON.

Q: What if I have a food safety question later?

A: We are available to our students for consultations and to answer any food safety and compliance questions you may have in the future. If we don't know we will find out or refer you to an expert that does.

Q: Who will my certification be through?

A: National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. NRFSP is one of the three nationally accredited associations approved to certify Food Safety Professionals.
